User guide:

This page is used to amend the information for a supplier who is already in the database. Enter a supplier's ID and press "Find it" to bring up the current entry. Amend as necessary then press "Update".

Take care when selecting keywords, because they will determine which suppliers show up in search results. The trick is to choose a few words that most accurately represent what the supplier can provide. There is no need to enter words like "the", "provides", and other such words that do not define the supplier, but always enter the keyword "all" so that every supplier will show in a search for "all".
