User guide:

This page is used to enter information for a supplier who is not already in the database.

Note that there is no need to enter an ID number for a new supplier. This is done automatically, and the number cannot be changed, nor does it ever need to be.

Take care when selecting keywords, because they will determine which suppliers show up in search results. The trick is to choose a few words that most accurately represent what the supplier can provide. There is no need to enter words like "the", "provides", and other such words that do not define the supplier, but always enter the keyword "all" so that every supplier will show in a search for "all".
